LASH EXTENSION MENTORING PROGRAMME

This one-day, one-on-one mentoring program is only available to Lash Technicians who have completed previous training, who want to improve their knowledge and technique, build confidence, and develop a thriving business. The course runs from 8.30am-4.00pm and is delivered face-to-face with our Lead Trainer. You’ll work closely with the Lead Trainer to identify gaps in your knowledge, then build from where you’re already at – developing a lashing and business tool kit to set you up for success.

By the end of the course, you’ll have intensive knowledge of the theory and practice of lash application, an improved understanding of beauty business skills, and the confidence to offer additional lashing services to your clients. You’ll also receive Lash Inc accreditation, a comprehensive manual, ongoing feedback and support, and 10% off BBLash supplies for life.

Course Structure

MODULE 1 – History overview.

MODULE 2 – Health and safety, hygiene regulations, area set up, and product knowledge.

MODULE 3 - Anatomy, physiology, pathology, and contraindications of the human eye.

MODULE 4 – Lash mapping and lash styles, mixing curls to enhance eye shapes, developing depth and texture.

Module 5 - Adhesives explained, and exploration of lashing equipment.

Module 6 – Lash Prep, taping methods, and lash application overview.

Module 7 - All about retention (what does this mean? Lash retention, or client retention?)

Module 8 – Improving technique and appropriate speed of application.

Module 9 – Demonstrated lash application and troubleshooting.

Module 10 – Safe and effective lash removal.

Module 11 – Lash infills and troubleshooting.

Module 12 – Defining your ideal client and pricing strategies for a profitable beauty business. 

Module 13 - Business goals and strategic planning. Note: if you have completed a previous course with us, we will revise your previous planning to ensure you’re tracking well and moving in the right direction.

Beauty Box employs competency-based training to enable students to learn, develop, and demonstrate their knowledge and skills in a workplace setting. Our Lead Trainer will guide you through the process as you learn at your own pace, refine your understanding via case studies, and practice your hands-on skills.
